Jamie Lynn Bhairoo, RN, BSN, CCRC
Chief Executive Officer | Cedar Crosse Research Center
I began my career at Cedar Crosse Research Center at just 19 years old and grew through nearly every role—from Research Assistant to Coordinator to Director—before becoming CEO. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve served as Sub-Investigator on more than 50 clinical trials, spanning therapeutic areas such as diabetes, migraine, hypertension, asthma, and COPD.
My focus is simple: deliver high-quality, patient-centered research that sponsors can trust and communities can access. I’ve built operations that balance regulatory rigor with compassion, and I’m proud to lead a team that reflects Chicago’s diversity while advancing the science of medicine.
As CEO, I continue to drive Cedar Crosse forward—strengthening partnerships with sponsors, expanding trial capabilities, and keeping participants at the heart of everything we do.
